1. Educational Nature of the Service

KING TRAINING Contractor School is a private educational platform that provides online exam preparation courses for professional licensing in the State of Florida, including but not limited to:

• General Contractor
• (Future courses) Plumbing Contractor
• (Future courses) Roofing Contractor
• (Future courses) Electrical Contractor

KING TRAINING Contractor School:

• ❌ Is NOT affiliated with the Florida DBPR (Department of Business & Professional Regulation)
• ❌ Does NOT represent the DBPR
• ❌ Is NOT a government agency
• ❌ Does NOT guarantee exam approval or license issuance

Exam approval and license issuance depend solely on the student and the State of Florida requirements.

2. Course Purpose

All courses offered by KING TRAINING Contractor School are educational and preparatory in nature only, intended to:

• Explain the licensing process
• Help students understand exam content
• Teach technical English vocabulary required for the exam
• Share real-world experience from licensed professionals
• Prepare students to study for and take the exam

KING TRAINING Contractor School does not provide legal, regulatory, or governmental advice.

3. Student Requirements

By enrolling, the student represents that:

• They are legally able to enter into this agreement
• They understand that English fluency is not required, but basic to intermediate reading comprehension in English is necessary
• They are responsible for confirming that they meet all DBPR licensing requirements

4. Payments, Access & No Refunds

4.1 Digital Courses

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, including but not limited to:

• Course purchases
• Access to recorded lessons
• Digital materials
• Online educational content

There are NO REFUNDS for:

• Withdrawal or change of mind
• Lack of time
• Exam failure
• Failure to meet DBPR requirements
• Dissatisfaction after access is granted

By completing a purchase, the student expressly agrees to this no-refund policy.

4.2 Books and Physical Materials

Books and physical materials purchased through the Platform:

• ❌ Are NOT returnable
• ❌ Are NOT refundable for any reason of withdrawal or dissatisfaction

Exception:

✔️ Documented physical damage upon delivery

In such cases, the student must:

• Provide photographic evidence
• Contact support within the specified timeframe
• Await review and approval

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws, including but not limited to:

• Videos
• Texts
• Workbooks
• Audio
• Logos
• Design
• Course structure

Users may not:

• Copy
• Distribute
• Resell
• Share login credentials
• Record or reproduce lessons

Access is personal, limited, and non-transferable.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use the Platform lawfully
• Not share access credentials
• Not misuse or exploit content

Violations may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access
• Legal action when applicable

7. Limitation of Liability

KING TRAINING Contractor School shall not be liable for:

• Exam results
• Licensing decisions by the DBPR
• Regulatory or exam changes
• Financial losses
• Unmet expectations

Use of the Platform is entirely at the student's own risk.

8. Modifications to Terms

KING TRAINING Contractor School reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
