Why supervisor experience is gold for DBPR

Supervisory roles on residential or commercial projects are exactly the kind of work DBPR weights highest. The 4-year requirement is essentially built around your role.

    Letters that work

Letters from your direct GC, plus 1–2 from architects, owners or inspectors who saw you running the site, are typically all DBPR needs to approve your application.

From $92k W-2 to $400k+ as your own GC

A senior supervisor earns $80–110k. As GC with 3 projects: $300–600k. With pipeline and one strong commercial client: $1M+/year.

Your jobsite experience is already worth gold

King Training is a course taught in Portuguese that takes you from the DBPR application to Pearson VUE approval, even if you've never set foot in a college classroom.
