King Contractor School
From scratch coat to signed contract

From Stucco / Facade to Licensed General Contractor

Almost every Florida home has stucco. You build the entire skin of the house, and only see a fraction of the contract. The license changes that.

Why stucco is huge in Florida

Florida code, climate and architecture make stucco a near-universal exterior. Stucco subs are in constant demand, and stucco-trained GCs build a massive competitive moat.

Document stucco experience the smart way

    • Letters from each GC you stuccoed for
    • Photos of lath, scratch, brown, finish stages with dates
    • Permits and inspections passed
    • 1099s, checks and Zelle records

From stucco sub to GC running entire shells

Stucco sub: $80–200k/year. GC running stucco + framing + roofing: $400k–1.5M/year on tract homes and small commercial.

Your jobsite experience is already worth gold

King Training is a course taught in Portuguese that takes you from the DBPR application to Pearson VUE approval, even if you've never set foot in a college classroom.

    How much does a stucco-focused GC earn?›

Year 1 as GC: $150–300k. Year 3 with pipeline: $500k–1M+. Top stucco GCs: $1.5M+.
